With Smart home transformation, we provide complete IoT support to residential address. Prices are affordable as per home based breakfix and installation support.

Above prices includes initial telephonic and Remote Access support with prices listed above. If issue isn’t resolved remotely, our technician visits onsite for intervention to assist physically as per appointment.

As per our Privacy and Terms & Conditions we don’t manage, save or retain any data, personal information unless consent and agreed with user. In home-based IT support our tech provide Technical support and doesn’t manage information. 

Yes, depending on priority, laptop broken, or operating system corruptions or might be user availability we can provide support during weekend with additional allowance rate for travel during 09h00-18h00. Only applicable with engaged contract.  

No, company owned devices are not included in home IT support because they are only managed and property of company owner not employee. Above prices only includes device owned by you personally not given by company. This also includes Modems or Routers provided by ISP (like Orange).

Our technician will assist you with all queries to ensure you can contact ISP or your employed company IT Team to ensure he can able to assist you but not taking responsibility to fix or install on it own. 

For non-engaged contract: Depending if Day rate support or Hourly Support, you can pay in Cash, or Card machine available with Technician. Invoice will be sent via email upon confirmation of payment.

We accept bank transfer with bank receipt screenshot sent via email to invoice@amorcages.com.

For Engaged contract : We accept payment via card, cheque, cash or bank transfer at end of month. 

Above cost excludes VAT or Sales Tax. Invoice will includes cost with Additional charges.

Depending on number of devices, Yes we can make exemption to add home-based business. But this doesn’t any business technical support or servers support.
